Metal Stud Partitions

Our GTEC metal stud partitions are strong, high performance systems which are cost effective, lightweight, versatile, quick to erect and able to achieve high levels of fire resistance and acoustic insulation.

Timber Frame Construction

Timber stud partitions are frequently used in timber-frame houses, in small renovation projects and in home extensions. Plasterboard can be screw fixed to timber, offering superior performance and limiting the risk of nail popping caused by the timber drying out.

Gyp Liner

The outer sheets of kitchen and bath gypsum liner (drywall) are coated to increase water repellency and slip. Drywall with a high coefficient of friction slides easily off a stack, saving time and effort.

Jointing / Finishing

Most jobs involve the boards being joined and finished to give a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered or square edges boards with jointing compound and joint paper tapes. Two coats of Dry wall top coat are then applied as a primer.
